Warm Autumns look best in the classic colors one sees in autumn: fallen leaves of brown, yellow, and red; spicey nutmeg and pumpkin orange. Keep the colors in the medium range--not too deep and not too light.

Warm Autumns have a distinctly warm undertone, making warmth their dominant characteristic. Their coloring is medium to medium-deep, with a muted or soft quality.

Because they do now flow into a cool season, they can share some of the warmest colors with their sister season, the Warm Spring. However, use them as accents for the best effect. Too much brightness doesn't harmonize with this season's need for softness.

Hair: A hallmark of Warm Autumns is their warm-toned hair, ranging from golden blonde and strawberry-blonde to auburn and rich chestnut. Red hair is iconic in this season, though ashy tones may emerge with age.
Eyes: Typically green, hazel, or warm brown, Warm Autumn eyes usually have a soft, "muddy" quality. Even blue eyes, though less common, can appear muted. But sometimes they appear almost clear. Blue eyes can be tricky.
Skin: Warm Autumn skin tones range from fair to deep, always with a golden or yellow undertone. Whether porcelain or deep mocha, the skin's warmth will be a big indicator of this season.

Neutrals: Camel, deep brown (most browns will work), olive, and toasted almond are perfect for base pieces like trousers, blazers, and skirts. These shades provide a core wardrobe around which to add additional pieces.
Accent Colors: Add personality and variety with some of your best Power Colors like like burnt orange, mustard, and teal.

Tips:

Swap black for deep brown or dark olive—black is simply not warm enough for you. However, I realize black has its own versatility and slimming benefits. So if you cannot let black go, at least pair it with some of your best colors to soften its effect.
Warm ivory or buttercream are better alternatives to pure white.

Metals: Warm Autumns harmonize in gold, copper, and bronze metals. Opt for brushed finishes over shiny ones to maintain a soft, muted look.
